Novelist Liz Trenow held a near-capacity audience entranced with details of her personal connections to Bawdsey Manor, and how she was drawn to write about the extraordinary wartime connection of this tiny coastal location with the development of radar. There were images of the Manor over the years in her presentation, and a display from Bawdsey Radar Trust to view as guests arrived and queued to receive their signed copies of 'Under a Wartime Sky'.
